Appearance: Ulquiorra has three different forms throughout the story:
Form 01 - Ulquiorra has messy dark black hair that goes down to his shoulders. He has bright green eyes and little teal marks that run down his face starting at his eyes. They look like tear drops but they also give him a - sort of - robot or puppet look. On his chest - in the upper right - is a tattoo of the number 4 and towards the middle is a hole that goes right through his body. This hole starts at the base of his neck but moves to his chest as the story goes on. He is wearing a white hakama with a shirt/jacket that has two coat tails that flap around when he walks. On his head - on the right side - is a cracked bone helmet that has a horn.
Form 02 - His first release changes his white outfit from a hakama to a long coat, his tear marks get thicker but his eyes are still the same color. His helmet is no longer cracked and it has both sides, creating two horns. He also has huge black wings. His form resembles a bat at most.
Form 03 - This is when you can really see the bat resemblance. His eyes change color looking ominous, being black instead of white. He no longer seems to be wearing a bone helment but still has two huge horns coming from his head. His tear marks are very thick now and - instead of clothes - he is covered in black fur from the waist down, as well as his arms. His hole is very big and has black dripping from it. He still has his huge wings but he now has a tail as well. His hands and feet no longer look human and have turned into claws.

Personality: Ulquiorra has a very quiet personality. He doesn't like to do things when it isn't called for or ordered. He likes to call worthless things and people trash. Most of the time he is like a robot, showing hardly any emotion and talking with clean logic. After meeting Orihime he changes and starts to seem a little more human.
