If you don't already know about cosplay, the term is simply short for the words costume play. It's exactly as it sounds. People dress up as their favorite (usually fictional) characters. This is VERY popular with anime and of course there would be some Ulquiorra and Orihime cosplayers! I'm listing DA pages that have people cosplaying one or the other, or even both!
